Andreas is a seasoned real estate professional with over twelve years of experience in the sector. He offers a comprehensive suite of services, including expert guidance on development appraisals, feasibility studies, and financial modelling. Andreas provides investment advice and asset management services, offering insights on investment opportunities, risk management, and portfolio optimization to maximize value and liquidity. His capabilities extend to in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Additionally, he manages end-to-end project oversight, from planning and coordination with stakeholders to risk management and final delivery, ensuring seamless and successful project execution.
He has previously acted as Head of Asset Management at Altia, where he managed portfolios with assets under management (AUM) in excess of €500 million. Prior to that, he served as Head of Advisory at Themis Portfolio Management and Vice President at Resolute Asset Management, where Andreas led teams in asset management, advisory, and monetization of real estate across Cyprus, Greece, and other international markets.
Andreas holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a Chartered Surveyor accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
