Chryso is an experienced legal practitioner who has been working on trusts from the start of her career and has been actively involved and following the development of trust law in Cyprus over the past thirty years.
She advises on, and sets up trusts of all types, including testamentary, estate planning, wealth management, purpose trusts, as well as trusts in the context of matrimonial or employment relationships. Understanding the concept and workings of a trust is an important step in the creation of a trust and the utilisation of its many advantages. Being well versed in the terminology and attributes of trusts, in drafting trust deeds and related documentation, and in the characteristics of each type of trust, Chryso can guide clients through the principles and workings of trusts in a practical manner and make them more accessible. Chryso can help clients decide whether a trust would serve their objectives whether at the business or personal or estate planning level.
Chryso holds a BA, Hons in Law from the University of Kent, and an MA in Law & Practice from City University (London). She completed the Inns of Court Vocational Course at City University (London), and is a member of the Middle Temple.
