George has significant experience in transactions support and in the provision of corporate advice, structuring and reorganisations, wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals, tax advice and international tax planning.
George has worked with international clients from numerous jurisdictions for the establishment of robust corporate structures, focusing on tax optimisation and business substance. Prior to joining the firm, George spent five years in the advisory and tax departments of one of the global accounting firms, where he also qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
He holds an LLB Law from University College London, and BSc Politics and International Relations from London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and serves as member of the Trusts Committee of the CBA.
