George has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, advising owners of companies on a wide range of transaction advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial planning. He has successfully executed transactions worth more than $100 million on behalf of his clients.
George is the founder of Falconeye Advisors, the exclusive provider of Transaction Advisory services to C Business Advisors, and currently serves as its Managing Director. Throughout his career, he has held C-level roles in regulated financial companies, investment companies, and family offices. George started his career at Goldsmith Agio Helms (now part of Lazard Middle Market) as an M&A Associate and then at Deutsche Bank as an associate in the Fixed Income Derivatives Structuring desk.
George holds an MA in International Relations from Columbia University and an MA in Political Science from Stanford University. He also holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Engineering from Imperial College London, where he was awarded the Governor’s and Director’s Prizes, having graduated top of his class in both degrees.
