Irene is a social impact strategist leveraging more than 23 years of experience in both the business and civil society sectors. She assists organisations to create shared value for all stakeholders in a responsible and ethical manner, contributes in formulating organisations’ ESG Strategies and the composition of Corporate Sustainability Reports in accordance with International and European regulations, frameworks and standards.
Irene is an expert in Materiality Analysis, ESG Risk Management, Supply Chain Due Diligence and Stakeholder engagement and is a certified professional trainer. She is the founder and Managing Director of Grow Sustainability Consulting, a member of the CSR committee of the Cyprus Chamber of Shipping and a Board Member of the 2025 FIBA Eurobasket Organising Committee leading the ESG sub-committee. She regularly speaks at conferences and writes articles in the field of Sustainability and ESG.
Irene holds an MA in Marketing Communication from Bournemouth University, UK and BA in Corporate Communication from Solent University, UK.
