Nicos Ioannou has over 18 years of extensive experience in Credit Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance, with a specialized focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and broader compliance services. As the General Manager at Infocredit Group, he contributes to the company’s strategic initiatives in delivering robust compliance solutions that help businesses meet increasingly complex regulatory demands.
Nicos is a recognized expert in AML, Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks, and regulatory compliance strategies, and assists organisations with adhering to both local and international regulations.
He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM) and the Credit Services Association (CSA) and holds accreditation from the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI). Furthermore, Nicos is a certified mediator and member of the board of trustees of the Association of Mediators in Cyprus, as well as a certified trainer by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority. He has been nominated for the CICM British Credit Awards 2021, in the category of “Credit Professional of the Year.”
