He is an expert communicator and facilitator, and a former Investors in People practitioner. Prior to joining C Business Advisors, he was managing a reputable HR advisory firm for nearly 7 years, leading a large team of consultants and dealing with high profile organisations in the public and private sectors.
For more than 20 years he has been providing consulting services to local and international organisations in relation to setting up and managing businesses, determining corporate strategy, improving their employer brand, ensuring management effectiveness, enhancing corporate culture and people’s engagement, and sourcing talented professionals.
Pavlos is distinguished for his commitment to getting the job done and for partnering with his clients to deliver the agreed objectives.
He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BEng in Civil Engineering from University College London.
